3.Is there any minimum order quantity ? Can we place a small order?
In general, Trail order is accepted, normal order is based on the container.Small order is available for new customers, we can work on Ex-work term.
4.How about your after sales service? Warranty of all UPUS products are 5 years, it can be extended as per customer's special requirements.For defects or damage units, UPUS will resend the units along with your next order.
